Stick-It Meet
Carolina Gymnastics Academy hosted their Stick-It Invitational last Sunday. Our Compulsory Team girls had a blast and did exceptionally well. Check out our Meet Champions page for result details. Athletic Development Conference
[ November 24, 2009; 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. ] Dr. Dale Boyd (Cape Fear Sports Medicine) and Dan Duffy (Cape Fear Rehabilitation Services) will be conducting a seminar/conference regarding athlete development on Tuesday, November 24th at 7:00pm. The subject matter includes injury prevention and rehabilitation. Coaches & parents are invited to attend. The conference will be held in their new offices located at 6019 Oleander Drive.
