It’s no doubt that Port City Gymnastics is the place to bring your kids for a fun time! We have all the tools and equipment to get children moving and having a blast!
The Rec Gym:
The Recreational Gym is the front gym at PCG where almost all of our recreational classes are held (all pre-school and toddler aged classes as well as our school aged cheer and gymnastics classes).
In the recreational Gym we boast:
Extra large cheer-sized floor with 9 panels for tumbling, rolling, and flipping around
6 Beams- 4 low, one medium, and one high
Kid-sized parallel bars
Kid-sized swinging rings
Mini single bar
Tumble trak leading into a foam block pit
Cargo net for climbing to the ceiling
Toddler sized rock-wall
Slides
Rings
All the mats you could imagine!
The Team Gym:
The Team Gym is the back gym, where our Girls Team (levels 3-10) practice, as well as our Cheerleading team. Because the Team Gym is a separate room of our spacious building, The parent waiting area is equipped with two televisions that view into the back gym, so that you can always watch your child learning new skills and practicing her routines!
The Team Gym is stocked with:
Competition sized gymnastics floor
3 Adjustable high beams with their own dismounting space
3 low beams
Raised vault runway
Competition sized vault into a resi-pit
Air-board
Mini trampline
Extra long tumble trak
Two full sets of uneven bars
One men’s bar and strap bar
6 Competition sized 8-inch landing mats
Compulsory vaulting mat (”The Whale”)
The After School Club Room:
We also have an After School Club room! It holds up to 60 children, complete with tables and chairs for homework, plenty of board games, paper, markers, and crayons, lockers for each regularly attending After School Club member, a projection screen for watching movies on “Fun-Friday,” and newly installed booth seating for even more homework and board game space!
The Pre-School Rooms:
Ready for our pre-school aged summer camps are the pre-school rooms located in the Team Gym! Two rooms, one with all of the toys you can imagine, and one with tables and stools just the right sized for your 3-5 year old! The pre-school rooms even have a door to outside, so that parents can pick up and drop off their pre-schoolers with ease!
The Birthday Party Room:
The Birthday Party rooms are located behind the front desk at PCG in the front gym! Always beautifully decorated for our weekend B-Day parties. This room seats at least 30 party guests and is stocked with everything you could imagine for a great birthday- balloons, ribbons, cake cutters, cakes, streamers, cake-eating utensils, table cloths… and much more! We even have space for you to bring your big presents!
