PCG Teams
Junior Olympic Levels 3-10 compete in numerous gymnastics meets across North Carolina and southeastern states. PCG Team girls practice hard and are continually perfecting their skills in addition to progressing and learning new skills. They are a fantastic group of young ladies, enjoying the spirit of team along with the fun of gymnastics. All of our gymnasts qualify for State Competitions.

Coach Henna has been coaching gymnastics for over 20 years and has been with the PCG family for nearly 2 years. She competed in Artistic Gymnastics, in addition to competing in Team Gymnastics. Coach Henna teaches dance in addition to coaching gymnastics, and has taught both gymnastics and dance in her home country, Finland. Coach Henna is a USAG Professional Member, USAG Safety Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED Certified. Coach Henna’s favorite event is Beam!
Coach Pember has been coaching gymnastics for 7 years. She has experience coaching USAG Prep-Optional teams as well as USAG Junior Olympic teams. Coach Pember was a level 10 gymnast for two years and currently competes level 9 for the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Coach Pember is a USAG Professional Member, USAG Safety Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED Certified. Coach Pember attends UNCW and is an Athletic Training major. Coach Pember’s favorite events are Bars and Vault!
Coach Ashley has been coaching gymnastics for 6 years, and competed in gymnastics through level 8. She has been a part of the PCG family for over a year and continually strives to help our team girls become the best gymnasts they can be. Coach Ashley is a USAG Professional Member, USAG Safety Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED Certified. Coach Ashley attends the University of North Carolina Wilmington and is a Recreational Therapy major. Coach Ashley’s favorite event is Bars!
Coach Ocean has been coaching gymnastics for 3 years and has been a part of the PCG family for a year. Coach Ocean currently competes level 9 for the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She graduated UNCW with a Business Administration degree and was the President of UNCW’s Gymnastics team for 2 years. Coach Ocean is also a USAG level 1-6 judge. She is a USAG Professional Member, USAG Safety Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED Certified. Coach Ocean’s favorite events are Beam and Floor!
