Happy Halloween ! Hope everyone has a fun, safe night! I can't wait to hear all about your Halloween adventures this upcoming week ! Or maybe I will get to see you all at the Halloween Sleepover this Saturday November 1st at 6pm. Coach Courtney, Coach Lauren, and myself will be here all dressed and we would love for you to come to show us your costume and have some fun with us for the night! See you there :)

FITNESS FUSION

Cardio-Strength Fusion: A mix of cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance through a circuit training environment. Designed to burn calories, build muscle and increase endurance. Integrating gymnastics equipment including foam pit when available, spring loaded floors and trampoline is not only fun but gentler on the joints. Jumping on trampolines strengthens joints, ligaments and adds density to bones.

Join us Tuesday and/or Thursday at 10am.
$75/month or purchase a punch card, allowing 5 visits of your choosing for $55-

This does not pertain to any evening recreational classes. This closing only effects OPEN GYM mornings - 9:00-11:30am.
