Baby Ninja
Ages 1-2 
This 30 min class is specially designed for our youngest ninjas. In this class, with mom/dad alongside, they will work on coordination, balance, and overall agility while being physically challenged through fun and exciting training activities.

NinjaZone 

Ages 3-5
A fun and exciting introductory class for our preschool age boys & girls. They will be exposed to fun activities that build body awareness and develop strength and agility. They will begin to learn basic gymnastics skills that enhance coordination as well as different kicks, jumps and strength moves that help promote overall fitness and build athleticism. 

NinjaZone 

This hour long class is specially designed for our school-age boys and girls. In this class, they will enhance their coordination, balance and overall agility while being physically challenged through fun and exciting training activities. Ninja's will learn fundamental gymnastics skills; as well as, free running, kicks, jumps and strength moves. NinjaZone helps promote overall fitness, athleticism, self confidence and discipline.
